Before the 6 months, we will refund the amount of hours the student did not take lesson less $25 bank charge and administration fee.Varsity Driving Academy is proud to service the city of Tustin. Refund policy: There will be no refunds after 6 months. Please do not lose the certificate ( There will be $35 for administration fee for reissuance of the certificate). This certificate must be presented to the DMV when the student attempts to take the DMV driving exam. Six hours driver's training completion certificate: For students under the age of 18 years old who have completed the 6 hours driver's traing course will be issued a certificate of completetion of 6 hours behind-the- wheel training by the instructor. We have right to refuse taking the student for the DMV test, If the student does not follow our instructor's instruction. We have right to refuse taking the student for the DMV test, If the student's driving skill is not ready to take the test. We have right to cancel service at any time and any reason due to unforseen events. Make sure call us during our office at least 5days prior to the DMV Test Day.(The student must have DMV learner’s permit in order to take test). DMV office must be located with in 10 miles from the student's resident otherwise We charge extra for the service.If the test takes more than 2 and 1/2 hours, we charge $1 for each minute. DMV Driving Test Service The student must exhibit safe and proficient defensive driving skills in order to take the test and we do not guarantee the passing of exam.

Driving Lesson: Our Behind -The-Wheel-Training lesson is an individualized private lesson. Students are covered by Auto liability insurance against other motorist on public highways while driving the training vehicle.
